Now hiring full-time & part-time drivers to pickup packages in the Wilmington, NC and deliver in the greater Wilmington area. Routes dispatch out of the Wilmington FedEx Ground Terminal. This position does not require a CDL.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess strong time management, customer service and organizational skills. The candidate must be willing to work in a fast paced environment and be able to follow a map/GPS.
- Full time position- 5-6 Day work week, mix of weekdays/weekends (set schedule to be determined in the interview)
- Compensation starts at $170 per day not including bonus incentives
- Paid training
- Health, dental and vision benefits are offered after 30 days of employment
- Paid Time Off is offered after 1 year of employment

Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of driving experience in a box truck size vehicle
- Pass DOT Physical
- Pass Drug Test
- Pass Driving Test
- Pass Background Check
- 21 years of age or older
- No DUIs or Felonies
- Meet physical demands of the position- move packages up to 150lbs, climb in and out of truck
Pay: From $170.00 per day
