This role involves managing a small team, maintaining inventory, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and support a team of 1-5 employees to maintain high performance.
• Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment processes.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of POS systems.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in retail management.
• Strong skills in retail management, inventory control, and POS systems.
