Job Description
Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Woodland, CA
Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Interview Process: One round onsite interview with the hiring team
Client Overview
You'd be working at a life sciences manufacturing plant, making products in a cleanroom environment. This is hands on production work in a highly controlled, regulated setting.

What You'll Do
- Manufacture products according to company procedures and cGMPs to meet schedules and customer needs
- Operate inside Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanroom areas using aseptic technique
- Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins per inventory procedures
- Complete batch records accurately and on time after each day's production
- Formulate, finish, manufacture, and fill products with minimal guidance
- Monitor equipment and perform basic maintenance and cleaning
- Record readings from laboratory and manufacturing equipment
- Move crates from freezer to packaging area using a hand truck or dolly
- Label, bag, box, and palletize finished product to meet plant deadlines
What We Need From You
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of experience preferred, ideally in an FDA regulated environment
- Comfortable with aseptic technique and working in a cleanroom
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable wearing required PPE, including a respirator when needed
Preferred / Bonus
- Experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
