Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Woodland, CA

Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

Client Overview

You'd be working at a life sciences manufacturing plant, making products in a cleanroom environment. This is hands on production work in a highly controlled, regulated setting.

What You'll Do

• Manufacture products according to company procedures and cGMPs to meet schedules and customer needs
• Operate inside Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanroom areas using aseptic technique
• Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins per inventory procedures
• Complete batch records accurately and on time after each day's production
• Formulate, finish, manufacture, and fill products with minimal guidance
• Monitor equipment and perform basic maintenance and cleaning
• Record readings from laboratory and manufacturing equipment
• Move crates from freezer to packaging area using a hand truck or dolly
• Label, bag, box, and palletize finished product to meet plant deadlines

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years of experience preferred, ideally in an FDA regulated environment
• Comfortable with aseptic technique and working in a cleanroom
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable wearing required PPE, including a respirator when needed

Preferred / Bonus

• Experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
