Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing – Required.
• At least 1 year of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Litigation experience, including trial or hearing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• The candidate must obtain professional liability insurance prior to the start date.
