Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle raw materials including transport from storage, weighing, mixing, labeling, filling silos, packaging, sampling, and palletizing
- Work independently in pre-weigh, batch build, and COP areas
- Monitor equipment and production process parameters; record conditions and actions
- Report disturbances and communicate production adjustments or concerns to the Team Lead
- Sample and analyze materials to determine operational actions
- Perform minor maintenance to ensure continuous operation
- Maintain housekeeping in compliance with allergen storage, cGMPs, 5S, and other programs
- Support investigations into asset utilization issues
- Communicate with team including shift handovers
- Maintain documentation for equipment effectiveness, batch sheets, product labels, SOPs, and validation processes
- Participate in training including safety, quality improvement, and problem-solving modules
- Promote safety culture by following Client Life Saving Rules, using PPE, and encouraging compliance among colleagues
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
