Production Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Handle raw materials including transport from storage, weighing, mixing, labeling, filling silos, packaging, sampling, and palletizing
• Work independently in pre-weigh, batch build, and COP areas
• Monitor equipment and production process parameters; record conditions and actions
• Report disturbances and communicate production adjustments or concerns to the Team Lead
• Sample and analyze materials to determine operational actions
• Perform minor maintenance to ensure continuous operation
• Maintain housekeeping in compliance with allergen storage, cGMPs, 5S, and other programs
• Support investigations into asset utilization issues
• Communicate with team including shift handovers
• Maintain documentation for equipment effectiveness, batch sheets, product labels, SOPs, and validation processes
• Participate in training including safety, quality improvement, and problem-solving modules
• Promote safety culture by following Client Life Saving Rules, using PPE, and encouraging compliance among colleagues

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Respirator Fit Test
