RN Administrator / Director of Nursing

InPlace Home Care is seeking an experienced Florida RN to serve as our Administrator / Director of Nursing and help lead our growing home health agency.

This hands-on leadership role combines clinical oversight with day-to-day agency operations.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical oversight and AHCA compliance
• Admissions, staffing and scheduling
• Staff supervision and orientation
• Documentation and quality assurance
• Daily office and agency operations
• Survey readiness

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license
• Home health experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of AHCA requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Full-Time | Monday-Friday
