Inside Sales Representative – South Star Granite (Charleston, SC)

South Star Granite is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone proactive, positive, and truly passionate about sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and generate new sales opportunities
• Guide clients through the selection process for countertops and related products
• Provide quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads and manage the pipeline

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Experience in the countertop or stone industry is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• One weekday off

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary + commission ($50,000 – $120,000 annually)
• Benefits negotiable
