Job Description
Machine Operator | $17.50–$19.00/Hour | 1st & 2nd Shift
Learn new machines. Build your skills. Earn more as you grow.
Looking for a manufacturing job where you can gain valuable skills and increase your earning potential? This is an opportunity to get started in the medicine manufacturing industry—and you don’t need previous manufacturing experience.
As you learn and successfully operate additional machines, you can earn an extra $0.50/hour for each new machine, giving you opportunities to increase your pay as your skills grow.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $17.50/hour
- 2nd shift: $19.00/hour, including a $1.50 shift differential
- Machine training raises: Additional $0.50/hour for each new machine learned
- Raise opportunities: As early as your first 30, 60, and 90 days
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:50 PM–12:20 AM
- Locations: Centerbrook & Clinton, CT

- Operate and monitor production machinery used in medicine manufacturing.
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
- Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report more complex problems.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
