Bilingual Immigration Attorney

Our rapidly growing immigration law firm is seeking a Bilingual Immigration Associate Attorney (Spanish/English) to join our dynamic legal team. This role focuses on family-based immigration cases but EOIR immigration court experience will be beneficial as you offer meaningful client impact and strong career growth.

This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys client advocacy, direct client interaction, and managing cases from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage family-based immigration cases, including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates, legal strategies, and next steps
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
• Handle a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case processing

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction
• 2 years of immigration law experience preferred
• Experience with family-based immigration
• EOIR court experience preferred
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Comfortable with remote work tools and home office technology
• Experience with legal case management software is a plus
