Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the retail print center, ensuring workflow efficiency and quality standards
- Support Senior Site Manager in managing and developing a team of four FTEs
- Oversee print production including wide-format printing, lamination, and troubleshooting
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Fiery systems for file formatting, design, and document production
- Manage customer interactions, contract compliance, and Client Service Excellence standards
- Coordinate facility operations including supply ordering, A/V equipment, conference room scheduling, and vendor support
- Provide training on workflow and machine operations to staff
- Ensure financial performance by managing P&L, invoicing, and reporting
- Maintain safety and compliance with workplace standards and protocols
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Project Management Certification
