Roofing Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to manage client relationships from initial contact to project completion. You will be the primary face of our company, conducting on-site roof inspections, delivering compelling proposals, and helping property owners choose repair or replacement options. We will provide warm-to-hot leads, making this opportunity a great fit for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-up: Meet new leads on-site at their property, prepare and present an estimate
• Roof Inspections: Perform safe, thorough on-site roof evaluations to document damage, leaks, or wear with photos and measurements.
• Client Consultations: Present tailored roofing solutions, product choices (shingles, metal, tile), and pricing estimates to clients.
• Sales Closing: Negotiate contracts, address client objections, and secure signed agreements.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with in-house project managers and production crews to ensure smooth job delivery and customer satisfaction.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, estimates, and pipelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years of roofing sales experience is required.
• Familiarity with AccuLynx CRM is preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn technical roofing terminology and product specifications.
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and walk on rooftops in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
