Regulatory Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver RIM projects including Registrations, Submissions, Dossier Management, and IDMP
• Manage stakeholders across Regulatory Operations, Quality Assurance, and R&D to define business needs
• Oversee compliance with GxP computer system validation (CSV) and data integrity protocols
• Control resources including project scope, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
• Manage risks by tracking milestones, identifying bottlenecks, and creating mitigation plans
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Regulatory Information Management (RIM) modules
• Ensure compliance with global health authority standards
• Drive user adoption across global life sciences teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Agile Certification
• Scrum Certification
