Reach Truck Operator

Job&Talent is seeking experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck Operators to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for operating reach trucks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks to pick, put away, and replenish inventory

Load and unload materials from racks up to high elevations

Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Follow all safety guidelines, GMP, and company policies

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, staging)

Meet productivity and accuracy standards
