NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician with apartment/multifamily experience for a property in Oldsmar, FL.

MUST HAVE APARTMENT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:

• Complete resident work orders and service requests
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, and general repairs
• Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain common areas and overall property appearance
• Provide professional service to residents and the onsite team

Requirements:

• Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HVAC/EPA certification is a plus
