Optometric Assistant

We are seeking an Optometric Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine clinical assignments to keep the optometric office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine clinical tasks to support staff
• Work up patients for doctors including patient history and entrance exams
• Instruct on and dispense contact lenses
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms 

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in optometry or other related fields
• Familiarity with contact lens exam procedures 
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
