Manufacturing Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate you will support production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Fontanet, IN

Pay Range:  $14.00

Shift: 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm)

What's the Job?

• Operate mills or lathes to support manufacturing processes, load parts on and off.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Inspect products
• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards

What's Needed?

• No prior experience necessary; manufacturing experience helpful
• Prior machine operation a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
