Plastic Injection Mold Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in plastics molding, is seeking a Plastic Injection Mold Operator to join their team. As a Plastic Injection Mold Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plastic Injection Mold Operator

Location: Wheaton, MN

Pay Range: $20+/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 5 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate plastic injection molding presses to produce high-quality parts.
• Ensure finished parts meet customer specifications and adhere to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning vacuum systems and clearing alarms.
• Inspect and package parts accurately, maintaining production quotas.
• Follow all safety protocols to promote a safe work environment for all team members.

What's Needed?

• Ability to recognize safety concerns and prioritize safety at all times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and make decisions efficiently.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
