Submission Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years CT/PET Experience - [REQUIRED]
- EPIC EMR Experience - [REQUIRED]
- NYS license & ARRT (CT) - [REQUIRED]
- Previous/Current travel experience strongly encouraged
- Contrast injection experience- [REQUIRED]
- GE scanner experience- [preferred]
- NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)

Travelers from the following counties in New York or within 50 miles from Glens Falls will be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls at a $62/hr on W2 (Perm address must be included in profile):
