Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience
- Experience completing OASIS assessments when appropriate
- Experience with Kinser documentation system
Assignment Details
- Minimum of 6 patients per day
- Coverage area remains within a 30-mile radius
