Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab
Baker, Montana
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient-focused contract in Baker, Montana. This opportunity is a great fit for a PT who is open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable treating a wide variety of patients in a close-knit community setting.
This role is primarily outpatient, with a small amount of long-term care and skilled swing bed coverage.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals.
- Treat a wide variety of outpatient diagnoses and patient needs.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and continued progress.
- Communicate with providers, staff, and patients to support strong outcomes.
- Assist with limited LTC and skilled swing coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Montana PT license required within 1 month.
- BLS required.
- Outpatient experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable treating a broad range of diagnoses.
- Strong communication and independence preferred.
