Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position located in the specified area involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures with proficiency in radiography and fluoroscopy. The role requires adherence to state and federal regulations, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging services during evening shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Five 8-hour days, 6:30AM-2:30PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State; familiarity with State and Federal regulations; current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association; at least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred; proficient computer skills; knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment required; extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required; graduate of a program accredited by the Joint Review Commission on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
- Preferred Qualifications: One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
- Additional Information: This position entails performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a clinical setting during evening hours, requiring adherence to safety standards and technical expertise. Submission requires completion of Prime Skills Checklist, Prime Resume, Prime Reference #1, and Prime Reference #2.
