Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient/Outpatient
Facility: Gundersen Moundview Hospital & Clinics
Location: Friendship, WI
Contract: 12 weeks
Shift: 8-hour Days | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (7:00 AM–3:30 PM also possible)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Job Overview:
- 50%+ inpatient/swing bed/observation and 50% outpatient.
- Patient population includes elderly and chronic pain patients.
- Experience with total joints, low back/neck pain, chronic pain, surgical/pain cases.
- Patient load: approximately 6–10/day.
- Epic experience preferred.
Weekend rotation possible but unlikely; must be flexible.
Must Have:
- WI OT License
- AHA BLS
- Graduate of an OT program
- 2–5+ years experience preferred
- Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
- Swing bed/observation experience or strong interest preferred
