Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is based in a healthcare facility and involves performing computerized tomography procedures with a focus on patient safety, image quality, and adherence to departmental protocols. This role requires independent judgment, technical precision, and direct patient care to support accurate diagnostic imaging.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: High school graduate or GED; graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) accredited radiography program; registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); valid Massachusetts State License in Radiation Control; certification from an accredited CT program or current registration in CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; 3 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist or 1 year current (within the last 5 years) CT Technologist experience; current BLS.

- Additional Information: Responsible for operating control consoles, positioning patients, maintaining equipment calibration, and ensuring safety standards. Assists physicians or nurses with contrast media administration, evaluates image quality, maintains accurate records, and adheres to infection control policies.
