### Exciting Opportunity for CT/XRAY Technologist! **Job Description:** - Be a key player in providing exceptional diagnostic imaging services using cutting-edge CT scanners and X-ray technology. - Ensure patient safety and optimal care by accurately operating a variety of imaging modalities. - Explain procedures, equipment, and exams clearly to patients, fostering an environment of trust and cooperation. - Perform complex tasks, including: - Operating CT scanners and power injectors while strictly adhering to radiation safety protocols. - Positioning patients effectively using specialized devices and protective equipment. - Collaborating with radiologists on routine and interventional CT procedures. - Evaluating and processing CT scans for technical quality and proper labeling. - Demonstrate proficiency in: - IV placement and safe administration of contrast materials. - Radiographic procedures including X-ray and Fluoroscopy with C-arm in operating room settings. - Maintain accurate patient records in electronic health systems, including procedures and supply charges. - Display flexibility by: - Assisting in various modalities and adjusting schedules as needed. - Taking initiative in stocking and managing supply inventories. - Exhibit exceptional communication skills to build positive relationships with patients, staff, and vendors. - Commit to continuous improvement by completing required education and participating in departmental meetings. - Follow all infection control, safety, and risk management procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone. **Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. - ARRT registration in Radiology (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) required. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire). - Preferred: - Two years of experience as a practicing CT Technologist. - Experience in cross-training other modalities such as MRI, DEXA, and Mammography. - Familiarity with electronic records, including PACS and RIS/HIS. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
