Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience to help with my dad on my wedding day. He currently lives in an assisted living facility so the staff there would bathe and dress him. Our care concerns are: Toileting (if needed during the time frame, he does wear diapers and is mostly wheelchair bound) and companionship. Duties include transportation to and from the venue.
