Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Arlington. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who is CPR certified. My child is Level 1 Autistic. He is incredibly fun and sweet but is extremely defiant as a 4-year-old non-verbal who is just now finding words. He's easy to entertain and loves to play imagination games. I need someone who can breathe through his frustration and know that he does hit which we are trying to teach him not to. He is not fully potty trained so diapers are still involved. Let me know if you are able to help.
