Childcare Needed

Looking for a full time nanny Mon-Fri for my 6 months old daughter starting in mid November. Ideally we could do a few days in September and October with me around to get her acquainted with the nanny before I return to work. Duties include feeding, changing diapers, sleep routines, walking, playing, and doing developmentally appropriate activities. Bonus if speaks Russian, but not required.
