Before School or After School Work

We are searching for a caregiver who can watch our Kindergarten-age son after school on days where we both work. I usually work from 9:45 a.m. to 6:30pm, except for Fridays when I am required to work until 7:30. My partner's shift begins at 3 p.m. and my son is released from school at 2:45, so she is able to drop him off before work. I am able to pick him up after my shift ends at 6:30. I work part-time so my schedule is not always consistent, about 3 or 4 days per week. We could coordinate which days we need care on a weekly basis when my job releases its shift schedule.
