Before School or After School Work

My husband and I both work full time and travel a few days per month. I go into Boston on Wed and Thurs so those are important days. We're looking for help with school pick-up, homework , and after school care ideally 2 days per week (up to 4) for our 3 kids; 14, 12, & 9. The 14 and 12 yr olds are pretty self sufficient but may need rides to activities. The 9-year-old would be the focus. Typically 2:15p - 5:30p. We are an active family and kiddos do outdoor activities whenever possible... Limited screen time. We live in Marblehead down the street from preston Beach where they love to go exploring, swimming, etc. If you're at all interested, perhaps we could arrange a time to talk or meet.
