Part Time Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a warm, reliable, and organized part-time nanny for our 3. 5-year-old son in Mill Valley. The job starts with school pickup at 3 p.m. , followed by playtime, park outings, reading, arts & crafts, building projects, or local activities like soccer and art. We would love someone who can provide structure, encourage good habits, and set kind, consistent boundaries. Experience with early childhood education or child development is a plus. We also have a 6. 5-year-old daughter, and occasional care for both kids may be needed. We would also like a weekly date night, typically until 8 or 9 p.m. We have a friendly dog, so comfort with dogs is important.
