What We're Looking For -Previous professional childcare experience, preferably with infants and/or multiple children -Warm, engaged, patient, and genuinely enjoys caring for babies and young children -Reliable, organized, proactive, and safety-conscious -Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain -Strong references and ability to complete a background check -Reliable transportation, comfortable with dogs, and a non-smoker -Open communication and comfortable working collaboratively with parents -Interested in a long-term position.
