Before School or After School Work

We are looking for after school help for our 3 kids (9, 7, 4 years old); ideally a student or a nanny who gets off early afternoons.... would involve school picks ups starting around 3pm, and activity drop off / childcare / meal prep / general kid support until 5/5:30 p.m. Must have car and clean driving record. We are located in 20817. and have a large, elderly dog (so must be okay with a pet). Thank you!
