Before School or After School Work

We are searching for a nanny to start now (but are flexible with timing) . The position would primarily involve caring for our son, who is 14 months old and picking up our two daughters (5 and 3) at 3:30 from school and watching them until the end of the day. We are looking for coverage roughly 8:30 to 5:00, with some flexibility on times. We have a cat and a dog in case of allergies. Light housekeeping (laundry and dishes) required.
