Before School or After School Work

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Springfield. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with dogs, we have a yellow lab. Our oldest child is 11 and has special needs (autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder).
