Part Time Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a part-time caregiver for our 3. 5-year-old who is in a part time prek program this upcoming school year. We would likely need care in the afternoons M-Th/Friday, from 1230/1-4 p.m. Our daughter has a few developmental delays but is super friendly and fun-loving. We are looking for someone who is kind, patient and fun and who will engage her with outdoor play, crafts, and creativity during the afternoon hours. She is currently going through potty training. References are needed.
