Before School or After School Work

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children, age 5 and 3. After school duties include homework help when needed. They both would need to get picked up from the same school and driven home (10 minute drive) - stay at the house with them until parents come back home from work around 5 30 p.m. (about 3 hours each day in total time). Looking for a reliable, long term helper.
