Animal Care Needed

We have a 10-week-old kitten and a 22-week-old kitten, and were looking for help teaching them better habits. Were mainly working on stopping them from chewing cords, biting hands, and becoming more comfortable with being picked up, held, and petted. We also want to help them learn to get along better with each other. Were first-time cat owners and have done a lot of research and tried different methods. Some have helped, but were still struggling with several behaviors and could really use some guidance on the best way to train them.
