Part Time Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're looking for a warm, reliable part-time after-school nanny to help with our children and support our afternoon/evening routine. Responsibilities include after-school care, helping kids get ready for and to activities, playdates, meal/dinner prep, cleanup, kids' laundry, bath time, and general evening routines. This is primarily a work-alongside-Mom role. Most days, Mom will be home and we'll divide and conquer based on what's needed. At times, the nanny may stay with some of the kids while Mom takes another child to an activity, runs an errand, or is otherwise out. We're looking for someone proactive, flexible, organized, and happy to jump in where needed.
