Data Center Technician

We are hiring General Labor / Construction Technicians for a large, high-volume data center construction project in Ft. Wayne, IN. This is a great opportunity for anyone with general construction experience — or the right attitude and willingness to learn — looking to get on a fast-moving, high-overtime project right away.

What You'll Be Doing

• General labor and construction support on an active data center job site
• Working alongside a large crew on a 24-hour operation
• Following all site safety protocols and procedures

What You Need

• General construction experience preferred - cabling experience a plus
• Entry-level candidates welcome; the right attitude matters more than years of experience
• Willing and able to work 6 days/week, 12-hour shifts (day or night), with heavy overtime
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as required for this site

Nice to Have

• Prior experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects

What You Don't Need

• No specific certifications required to start — training support is available for the right candidates
