Immediate openings for experienced logistics operators in shipping and receiving in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Overview
This full-time, day-shift role covers tasks across both Shipping and Receiving based on facility needs. You’ll primarily prepare and ship parts back to customers following exact packaging instructions and also confirm and inventory parts received into the facility. Strong attention to detail, basic logistics experience, and comfort with warehouse processes and MIS systems are required.

Duties:

• Receive, verify, and inventory incoming parts against purchase orders and packing slips; ensure accuracy and accountability of customer-sent materials
• Prepare outgoing shipments according to specific work order traveler packaging instructions and customer requirements
• Generate packing labels and shipping documents using the company MIS system or similar; maintain accurate tracking and records
• Schedule carrier pickups and manage shipment tracking via phone or online portals
• Maintain, file, and archive work order travelers and supporting documentation for traceability
• Use scanners, printers, and other peripheral hardware to record inventory and shipping activity
• Collaborate with outside delivery vendors and internal logistics team members to ensure on-time, compliant shipments
• Keep assigned work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures

Essential skills & experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience in manufacturing strongly preferred — semiconductor experience a plus
• Comfortable reading and interpreting work order travelers, purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Basic math and measurement skills; able to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions accurately
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and MIS systems; experience with scanners and label printers preferred
• Attention to detail, timeliness, and quality-focused mindset
• Able to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors
• Forklift certification highly desired (but not always required)

Physical requirements

• Must pass company-required screening tests (drug screen, background check as applicable)
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, and perform light office tasks as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and assist with pushing/pulling loads up to 750 lbs using basic material-handling equipment (carts, pallet jacks)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with moderate noise and activity

Preferred / nice-to-have

• Prior experience with shipping receiving and logistics
• Previous cleanroom or semiconductor facility exposure (beneficial but not required for this role)
• Forklift/propane certification and pallet jack experience experience a plus
