Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver and take on an exciting role that keeps goods moving efficiently across various routes. This position offers the opportunity to operate a range of commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds and refrigerated trailers, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. As a CDL A Truck Driver, you'll be the backbone of our logistics operations, responsible for transporting freight over the road (OTR) routes and managing cargo with precision and care. Your expertise will help us maintain excellent service levels and uphold our reputation for reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, and other commercial trucks on over-the-road routes.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel consumption.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers to ensure vehicle safety and readiness; report any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct route driving with professionalism, ensuring safe driving practices at all times on manual transmission trucks or other vehicle types such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks when applicable.

Experience

• Valid CDL A license with clean driving record; experience operating tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or refrigerated trailers preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on route driving and delivery driving across diverse environments.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation tools for efficient route planning and execution.
• Ability to adhere to strict safety standards while managing complex logistics tasks in fast-paced environments.
