Job Position: Mill Operators (3 Axis)

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53224

Pay Rate: $28-$40

Shift:2nd

Description:
CNC mill (Okuma, Hurco, or similar), 2+ yrs preferred.

1. Operating vertical and horizontal CNC mills

2. Primarily Hurco machines

3. Changing and managing tooling

4. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

5. Understanding GD&T

6. Setting up proper fixturing/workholding

7. Performing first-piece inspections

8. Debugging programs

9. Making machine/tool adjustments

10. Inspecting parts with calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools

11. Using basic G & M code

12. Using conversational programming

13. Applying shop math and machining fundamentals

14. Maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards
