OVERALL POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for managing the profitability and growth of Spare parts sales for PLB,
BHS and Auxiliary equipment. The Spare Parts Sale Coordinator is responsible for coordinating spare-parts sales, inventory availability, customer requests, quotations, orders, purchasing, and fulfillment, while supporting the Spare Parts Manager's revenue and profitability objectives and achieving customer and internal department goals.
CORE TASKS:
- Visit customers' locations to develop and maintain relationships. This involves responding to airport, airline, maintenance, and internal customer requests, providing quotes, availability, lead times, and shipment status.
- Maintain contact with the Airport Industry, Customers and other Airlines staff for the
use of new leads.
- Work with all departments to increase sales and customer satisfaction while
maintaining focus on increasing spare parts sales.
- Develops and manages department Goals and Strategies and annual department
budget.
- Enter sales orders, provide parts quotes, enter RMAs, maintain parts sale new orders and updating Purchase requisitions, updating customer records, and shipment tracking.
- Follow through SO’s daily shipments.
- Replacement ordering with min order Qty and Consumption of spare parts
- Coordination with the TKAS Office-Factory Managers and Supervisors.
- Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.
- Ensure that spare parts obsolescence is minimum and as per budgeted provisions
- Customer follow-up and sales-development activities..

QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION HOLDER:
Language Skills:
- Knowledge of PBB/PLB, BHS, PCA, GPU, and other airport equipment spare parts is preferred.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of sales processes is required.
- Skilled in time-management and able to work independently.
- Skilled in customer relations.
- Skilled in both written and oral communication with all levels of an organization both
- internally and externally.
- Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work, and attention to detail.
- Ability to apply sound judgment and reasoning.
Expected (Educational) Qualifications:
- Incumbent must possess excellent management skills and strong communication,
- Leadership and customer service and sale experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Airport /PBB/BHS experience preferred.
- College degree or equivalent level of management experience is recommended.
- A strong orientation to detail, organization and ability to delegate is necessary.
