Job Title:
Coordinator 1 – Project/Program

Location:
(Must be local to Rancho Cordova or surrounding cities)
Rancho Cordova

Pay Range:
$28.00 per hour 

What’s the Job?

• Track project progress and communicate deadlines to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Prepare status reports, work summary readouts, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify project requirements, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate project records, including action items, lessons learned, and project plans
• Ensure all project correspondence meets MAXIMUS quality and compliance standards

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a project coordinator or in a comparable role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (detailed experience required in Fieldglass), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

(PMP certification preferred but not required)
