Patcher Production Line Manager - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Patcher Production Line Manager to join their team. As a Patcher Production Line Manager, you will be part of the Fabrication Department supporting the production, engineering and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities and a continuous improvement mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Patcher Production Line Manager

Location: Fresno, CA,

Pay Range: $100k-$110k, relocation assistance available for candidates from Sacramento, CA or Bakersfield, CA

What’s the Job?

• Lead daily operations of the Patcher Production line to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Supervise and develop production leads and manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules, KPI's, and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

 

What’s Needed?

• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and bills of material.
• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes and ERP/MRP.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and develop production teams.
