Diversified Sourcing Solutions is currently hiring for a premier client located in Katy, TX!
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Inside Sales Support Administrator to join our client’s team. This is an entry-level opportunity supporting the inside sales team with quoting, order entry, customer communication, and general administrative duties.
No industrial valve experience is required — we will train the right candidate!
Job Responsibilities
- Must be able to lift 50 to 100lbs to assist in the warehouse when needed.
- Prepare and send customer quotes
- Enter sales orders and update customer records
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams regarding order status
- Maintain accurate information in CRM and ERP systems
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Learn industrial valve products, terminology, and basic product information
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and consistent work habits
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn technical product information
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

COMPENSATION: $19 (Temp to hire Opportunity)
