\nCompany Description
Diversified is seeking 2nd shift encapsulation process operators for a production facility in Midlothian.
Shift- 2pm-12:30am Mon- Thursday, Must be able to train on 1st shift for 1 week 5a-330pm
Pay $19/ Hour
Job Summary
Sets up, operates, and cleans specialized machinery to fill capsules with pharmaceutical or supplement products, typically working afternoon/evening hours. They ensure compliance with cGMP and safety protocols, troubleshoot machine issues, and maintain accurate production records. Key responsibilities include:
- Machine Operation: Setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting soft gel or hard capsule encapsulation equipment.
- Quality & Compliance: Inspecting products to meet standards, reporting deviations, and adhering to SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Documentation: Filling out manufacturing batch records (MBR), logs, and updating production data.
- Maintenance & Safety: Cleaning, assembling/disassembling equipment, handling materials, and reporting safety hazards.
- Material Handling: Loading raw materials and packaging finished, weighed, and sealed products.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly stand, walk, and use hands for repetitive movements.
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a cleanroom environment, often requiring PPE (e.g., forced air respirators).
