We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Customer Service Rep to support a busy healthcare-related operation in Chelsea, Alabama. This is a Contract position for someone who can balance customer communication, administrative coordination, and accurate record management in a fast-paced office setting. The ideal candidate brings experience with medical customer service, is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and can provide dependable support for both day-to-day activities and event-related logistics.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide timely support related to medical products, services, and account questions.
• Maintain accurate data entry across internal records while tracking multiple steps and follow-up actions for each request or order.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing calendar activity, and managing invitations through Outlook in a Mac-based office environment.
• Assist with trade show preparation by handling registration, setup coordination, and related event support during peak planning periods.
• Communicate professionally with patients, customers, and internal team members to help resolve service issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Support billing-related questions and direct concerns appropriately while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Monitor detailed workflows involving numerous moving parts to help keep customer service operations organized and on schedule.
• Contribute to office support needs as business processes evolve, including adapting to updated tools or operational changes when needed.• Previous experience in customer service within a medical, healthcare, or medical equipment environment.
• Working knowledge of basic medical terminology and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and customers.
• Experience in inbound call center support or high-volume phone-based customer service.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and stay organized in a busy office setting.
• Experience assisting with scheduling, calendar coordination, or general administrative support.
• Comfortable completing pre-employment screening requirements, including screening required for all candidates.
