Material Handler

Pay: $16.79 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Kelly Services is hiring a Material Handler to prepare, package, and move materials and parts within a warehouse and production environment. This position will also pull raw materials, operate material-handling equipment and packaging machines, and accurately complete required paperwork.

• Prepare and package parts for shipment.
• Pull raw materials needed for production.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Operate packaging equipment and machines.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers while preventing damage.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Organize inventory in designated storage locations.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and inventory locations.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns.
• Assist with other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience is a plus but is not required.
• Forklift experience is preferred; certification may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
