Inside Material Sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
• Generate sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Support loading operations when needed to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Previous inside sales experience required.
• Loading experience in a warehouse, lumberyard, building materials, or similar environment required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with order entry systems.
• Ability to work effectively with both customers and team members.
• Knowledge of building materials, lumber, or construction products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
